Can you believe it's already been 10 years?
It seems like just yesterday when crushes were formed...
some turned into marriages....
when friends talked about what they'd do when they graduate...
what college they'd attend and how many kids they'd have....
and with whom.
It seems like last Friday night we were in the stands yelling and carrying on for our football team or chattering to the hitter for a home run....
when friendships were made and lifetime memories were hung along the walls in our soul.
Come celebrate those wonderful years with all those classmates you wonder about from time to time.
Share in the glory of hearing how their life has turned out and let them bask in the fulfillment of yours!
I know you can still hear the song "Stronger" by Desiree in your head every morning right after the alarm clock rings.
I know you can still see the beloved, departed Dr. Wilson roaming the halls with confidence and conviction looking for the next "stray" student without a hall pass, to guide back to their rightful place.
It was ten years ago that all the classes made their floats to march in the homecoming parade against our rival, McArthur High...
which, by the way, we won just about EVERY TIME!
That's because we are the class of '96!
We were always the best class for spirit and comradery!
We always had the best turn outs for participation and we were the greatest competitors in all history at Miramar High - to date! (Ok...so perhaps it's fluffed a bit.....
but opinions mixed with fact never hurt anyone!)
Come and join us for our one and only 10 year reunion Friday, August 11, 2006 and Saturday, August 12, 2006 for two nights filled with cocktails, food, dancing, fun, stories and laughter!
Bring those pictures you want to show off and glide your way back into the lives of those you shared yours with for so long!
